All items purchased can be exchanged ONLY up to 7 days after receiving the items. We ask you to meet all of the following requirements below to successfully complete your return.
Please allow 2 - 3 working days to process the exchange request.
- The items must be in the original packaging where it forms part of the goods, for example boxes items such as trainers. Where an items has tags attached. Please ensure these are attached and undamaged upon return.
- The items must also have no sign of wear or washing of the products and no damage to the items unless of a faulty good.
Please note: All SALE items are non returnable, any items that are in the sale we will not take back under any circumstance, by going ahead and purchasing a sale item you are agreeing to this policy.
